Financial and Cancellation Policy

Fees for all services are payable in full at the time of service. All treatments, packages, and membership fees are non-refundable.

At LYL Medical Aesthetics, we value and respect your time, and we hope to be given the same courtesy. If you need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice so that we can give other patients the opportunity to be seen as soon as possible. Any cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will incur a $100 cancellation / no-show fee, which will be charged to your credit card on file. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to complete your treatment, the cancellation fee will also apply. If you have multiple cancellations or no-show appointments, LYL Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to require a non-refundable deposit of up to 100% of the treatment cost.

Any service, or combination of services at a single appointment costing $1000 or greater require a 50% deposit, which is due at the time of booking. Additionally, due to the extra equipment and time required, the deposit also applies to PRF appointments. Deposits are non-refundable, but appointments can be moved and the deposit applied to another date of service with a minimum of 48 hours notice. If less than 48 hours notice is provided, a $100 change fee will apply.

LYL Medical Aesthetics accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and cash payments. We do not accept personal checks. We also offer low or no-interest payment plans through Cherry financing, subject to credit approval.

Returns And Refunds

We understand that financial situations can change after purchasing a package, service or item. Therefore, if you have not used any services, product or treatments, you have 3 business days to get a full refund from the purchase date. If you exceed 3 business days to get your refund, then you cannot be refunded, but can use the money paid as store credit to use towards any service, treatment or product. Once you have used a service or been treated there are NO refunds for any reason. If you have used part of your package but have not used the other part of your package, you can use the unused amount of your package towards store credit but once it is past the 3 business days none of the package can be refunded. Any service or product that was purchased with a coupon or on sale will be refunded or used as store credit at the purchase price not the amount of the deal was for. EX: if you buy a service for $5.00 on sale originally for $10.00 you only get $5.00 credit not the amount of the service full price. therefore, if you exchange it for store credit you would not have enough for a full service and would have to pay the $5.00 difference. (The price is just an example to better understand the policy not our actual prices)

Product Returns

If the product you would like to return is within 3 business days of purchase and is unused an unopened you will get a full refund. But if the product is used or opened you are not eligible to get a refund. If the reason for the refund is damage or bad quality then you qualify to swap that product for a non-damaged product of the same price but no refund after 3 days of purchasing. Product Reaction – We realize some individuals may develop a product reaction over the initial 7 days of usage. If you have a true product reaction and it is over 7 days of the purchase date and under 30 days from the purchase date you can then exchange your product that caused a reaction for a different product of equal or lesser value upon management approval.

Finance Companies And Credit Cards

If you purchased using financial aid or third party such as care credit, GreenSky or credit and debit cards or any other finance system and you qualify for a refund, you will be refunded the price you paid minus any finance fees such as the credit card machine charge or any fee that BodiSculpting paid to run your payment. Ex: if you pay on a debit or credit $5.00 and we process that payment on a machine and BodiSculpting is charged $0.05 then your refund would be $4.95. and the same goes with any third-party payment method, company or device. (The price is just an example to better understand the policy not our actual prices)
